Hammam ritual

Hammam – a Turkish bath (Arabic: hamam or hammam) is a public steam bath in Arab countries, intended mainly for general ritual bathing (ghusl). The hammam ritual is performed on a hot stone imported directly from Turkey for this purpose. It is first necessary to warm the body thoroughly in order to open the pores. In our rendition, it is a traditional Turkish bath, where the old skin is removed from the client using a special foam and scrub. It is a cleansing procedure where the body is rid of toxins and tension.
